Overview

By accessing or using iAnswer, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

If you use iAnswer on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Service description

iAnswer provides AI-assisted receptionist and communication workflows for businesses. Features may include phone answering, SMS, web chat, voicemail capture, spam filtering, appointment handling, questions from people who contact your business, reporting, and routing to a human team member.

iAnswer may connect to third-party systems you approve, such as scheduling, CRM, dental, restaurant, payment, accounting, voice, SMS, or messaging platforms.

Trials, plans, and billing

Trial offers, included minutes, SMS allowances, phone numbers, integrations, setup scope, and overage rates are described on the applicable pricing or getting-started page at the time of sign up. Trial access may be extended when additional build or testing time is needed.

Paid plans may include monthly fees, usage limits, overage charges, connector setup, support expectations, and other plan terms. Taxes, carrier fees, third-party charges, and special connector costs may apply where relevant.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate setup, business, phone, website, connector, and workflow information.
  • Reviewing and approving demo flows before production use.
  • Obtaining any required consent to contact people by phone, SMS, web chat, or other channels.
  • Complying with laws that apply to your business, industry, communications, and data.
  • Keeping account, connector, and authorization information secure.
  • Not submitting passwords, payment card data, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive records through intake forms or support messages.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you provide to iAnswer. You grant iAnswer permission to process your data as needed to provide, test, support, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you submit or make available through connected systems.

AI features

iAnswer uses AI and automation to help understand requests, generate responses, summarize conversations, and route tasks. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and monitoring AI flows before and after production launch. iAnswer is not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, medical advice, emergency services, or your own business policies.

Integrations and third-party services

Some integrations are available through public APIs, while others require your authorization, partner approval, vendor-specific API access, or custom work. Third-party systems may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue access.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers. iAnswer is not responsible for third-party platform availability, data practices, pricing, or changes.

Acceptable use

You may not use iAnswer to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited communications.
  • Collect or process information without required rights, notices, or consent.
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the service.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse iAnswer or related systems.
  • Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, network, or data.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

iAnswer is provided as available and may be affected by carrier networks, third-party services, AI providers, your systems, maintenance, outages, or configuration issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, iAnswer and CXFabric will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of iAnswer after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using iAnswer at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a harmful way.
